PSMA Vaccines
We are developing vaccines based on the prostate cancer biomarker, prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA), to induce antibodies to prostate cancer cells (PSMA subunit vaccine), and, using technology in-licensed from AlphaVax, Inc., also to induce killer T-cells (PSMA viral vector vaccine).
